This Privacy Policy sets out the practices of Teo Mah Poh Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd, trading as Butterfly Plastic ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), with respect to information collected from users who access our website at butterflyplastic.com (the "Site"), or who otherwise share personal information with us (collectively, "Users").

AI chat assistant — the questions and messages submitted, together with a session identifier, retained to review and improve the accuracy of the assistant.

4. How We Receive Information

When you voluntarily submit a form on the Site, such as our contact or dealer application form.
When you use our AI chat assistant.
Automatically, through your device and browser, as you use the Site.
From third-party analytics and advertising providers, namely Google Analytics and Google Ads.

To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
To review and process dealer applications.
To operate our AI chat assistant and improve its accuracy over time.
To understand Site traffic and improve our website and product pages.

11. Not Directed at Minors

The Site is intended for business-to-business use and is not directed at, or designed for, children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
